Follow these steps If you have already created a meeting in Lumia, and now want to link it to a meeting in Outlook.
Create a new meeting in Outlook, then click on the Lumia Meetings Add-in
In the add-in window bar that opens, click "Link to existing Lumia meeting"
Select the team and the meeting from the drop-down menu, and "Add Link to Outlook Meeting Description"
The add-in will add a link to the Lumia meeting in the meeting description
Add your recipients, date and time and send as usual. The meeting will now appear in your Outlook calendar
If you open the meeting and click on the link provided you will be taken to the meeting within Lumia.
