This release primarily focused on our brand updates as well as the AI Chat beta rollout. It also includes several bug fixes. Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.

Branding Update
We’ve updated our adapt and platform branding.
- The platform previously known as embedADAPT is now called Lumia.
- The platform was previously hosted at adaptbydesign.com.au and is now served from theadaptway.com.
New URL: lumia.theadaptway.com
AI Chat - Lumia Assistant (Beta)
We are rolling out a new AI assisted chat within Lumia - currently in Beta. If you would like access to this, then please talk to your coach or use our in-app support.
The chat window is integrated into the platform:
The chat can be used to query anything recorded in your Lumia instance - like open tickets, meetings, cultural data, guidance.
AI Enhanced Editor
In all our editors, we now have support for simple actions to proofread, correct, summary, expand or shorten text.
Theme Support
We have added the ability to switch your preferred theme. You can continue to use the Green theme, or use our new Burgundy theme.

Improved Platform Onboarding
We've now added a wizard that all new invitees will experience when they first log into the system. It will allow them to set up their profile picture, adjust their name, and view the platform video tour.
Recurring Meetings
The platform will now prompt you if you with to create another meeting when you end the current meeting. This will copy the current agenda to the meeting and allow you to schedule the meeting. This should save time when a meeting occurs regularly.
Bug Fixes
- Meeting participants can now edit agenda items prior to the meeting starting (previously, this only worked when a meeting was running)
- Coaches can now act as cultural leaders
- Cultural leader search filter was not working in the Cultural Leadership Framework grid
