- Complete SWT - all leaders

- Collect inputs from employees
- Each leader should talk to at least 3 employees
- Stop-Start-Continue is a simple framework to follow
- Ask what they think the business needs to focus on for the next quarter and year
- Gather customer feedback - for the relevant leaders
