For coach:
- Print copies of participants DiSC profiles and comparison reports, if using
- Print photos of the leadership team 'heads' to help with role clarity work on the canvas
- Print any other resources you may want to share as hard copies with the team - key function worksheets, adapt journey diagram, seven questions, meeting schedule, summary of leadership questionnaire if you have it, DiSC map
- Arrange an A0 version of the four zone organisation map, if using
- Ensure personal profile for organisation has places for participants to capture My DiSC profile and My Leadership Assessment
- Update the section on leader assessment using links to the leaders CVTs, DiSC profile and key quotes/information from your conversations during the Organisation Review
