Some questions to guide you:

  • What does it feel like to work here?
  • What are the people who work here saying about the business?
  • How many people are in the business?
  • What are the opportunities for people to grow and develop?
  • How are you building leadership skills in the business?
  • In what roles do you think you best serve the business?
  • What is the approach to leadership in the business?

 

Example

  • Our employee engagement scores measure consistently over 90%. Our turnover after the probation period is less than 5%.
  • Using our extensive people and culture systems, we support teams and team leaders to recruit culturally aligned people and exit people who are not culturally aligned.
  • We have grown to over 200 people but we have kept the sense of 'family' and community that has been with us from the beginning. 
  • Whenever possible we look to support the development and growth of our existing team members into leadership positions.
