We're trying to uncover what you, as owners, really want out of your business.
When answering the questions, we find point-form explanations to be the most helpful - it will allow you and your leadership team to more easily extract what they need in future pathways
Who's the audience?
The questions you are answering here are for you and your leadership team to explore, discuss, and clarify where the business should be going. There should be a lot of detail contained here, but it is not generally seen outside your organisation.
It's important to use your own voice! Use your own language, terminology and way of speaking. This makes it authentic and relatable to the people in your organisation.
In a later pathway, you will use this vision to form a vision statement - something you can use to tell the world what you want for your business.
