The appearance of any group within Lumia (i.e. Teams / Value Streams / Key Functions) on the organisation map can be configured.
From the Configuration Cog, then “Organisation Configuration”, then select “Groups” from the list:
Once there, you can change the default configuration for any group type.
You can configure the:
- Name
- Icon
- Icon colour
- Background colour
Some tips:
- Use light colours for the background colour as it will be quite overwhelming with dark colours
You can also add new groups to your organisation. For example you might want to give regional teams a different look, so they are more easily distinguished in the platform. You have two options here:
- Create a new type and then set each of those teams to that type
- Edit each of the teams to fit your new look
