This release was primarily a minor enhancement and bug-fix release. Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.

Minor Enhancements

  • embedADAPTs Collaborator and Participant access levels have been updated to reflect the published permissions (see https://adaptbydesign.com.au/pricing/). Previously, these access levels sometimes had more permissions than they were supposed to, and sometimes fewer.

  • With the switch to the new support site, we have removed the button that linked to articles on Intercom. All help articles and documentation are stored at support.adaptbydesign.com.au.

  • The Google Drive file selector has been updated and now has the ability to browse your organisation's shared folders.

  • Improved the performance when displaying meetings - the display of meetings and their items will be more responsive when changing the active meeting.

  • Team objectives now show up in the list view. Previously this was shown in the tree view only.

  • Systems can now link to external websites. If you have a system that references an external website (e.g. documentation, diagram, dashboard, etc), then you can now do this in your system. This allows you to use the best system to represent your data in embedADAPT and gives you great flexibility in how you display your system to the user.

  • Aligning shapes with our diagram tool should be a lot easier thanks to some new options to align content. The grid size has also been reduced to allow finer drag and drop control.

  • The permissions for coaches can now be changed within embedADAPT.

  • We've replaced our loading spinner with the ADAPT logo.

Bug Fixes

  • We have removed the large delay when starting up embedADAPT for the first time - the user is now given a spinner to indicate something is happening.

  • Sometimes the user would be informed that they have conflicting changes and need to refresh their page. The only action available to the user was to refresh the page and the extra detail was confusing and unnecessary. We have changed this to not show this information if it is not necessary or user actionable.

  • The Peer Catch-Up grid now works properly without showing error messages when PCUs were captured for teams.

  • Many small fixes based on user feedback and telemetry.
