This release focused on improvements to the Lumia Assistant, along with several minor enhancements. Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.
Major Enhancements
Lumia Assistant
The Lumia Assistant (AI Chat) has been expanded with additional functionality. We maintain a support page outlining current capabilities, known limitations, and upcoming features. You can find this here: support.theadaptway.com/platform/lumia-assistant-ai-chat
We added these features in this release:
- Support site search within Lumia Assistant conversations (via https://support.theadaptway.com). The assistant can now search the adapt support site for relevant contextual information, including platform guidance, concepts, and methodology documentation. For example, users can ask Lumia Assistant to explain the adapt team model and it will return the relevant support article, including images and a direct link to the documentation.

- Users can now attach files and images to Lumia Assistant conversations for use in analysis and responses. Most common image formats are supported, along with selected text-based file formats including TXT, CSV, and JSON. This allows users to analyse external data alongside information already stored within Lumia.
Minor Enhancements
- Simplified filtering for closed objectives. Closed objectives can now be viewed by simply including the “Closed” status in the filter options. When enabled, closed objectives will display from the start of the previous calendar year.

Renamed the filter field from “Show objectives due in” to “Show objectives due from”. This change better aligns with common filtering behaviour used by customers. Additional date range filtering options may be introduced in a future release.
- During active meetings, only the meeting host can control the active agenda item shown to participants. Previously, changes made by any participant would update the active agenda item for all attendees. Participants can now navigate agenda items independently without affecting the view shown to other attendees.
- Updated the Career Valuation filter for improved usability. Users now define the “ideal value” first, followed by the percentage for the actual value. We have also removed fixed “ideal” value options to provide greater filtering flexibility.

Bug fixes
- The “My organisations” page grid has been fixed to show the coach and to allow filtering by coach. (Note this grid is generally only visible to people in multiple organisations and with elevated permissions.)
