This release focused on our new notifications and @mentions features. It also included several minor enhancements and bug-fixes. Thank you to everyone who requested enhancements or reported bugs.
Major Enhancements
Activity Notifications
You will notice a new icon in the top right of your screen - this contains activity relevant to you. The red number on the icon indicates the number of changes relevant to you.

Clicking on the bell, drops down a list with a brief description of the changes. You can click on the item to navigate to the relevant page.

We've tried to limit the activities to what we believe people will find useful, without overwhelming them.
We will show activities such as:
- assigning or commenting on actions assigned to you
- assigning or commenting on objectives assigned to you
- adding/updating team meetings
- changes in team membership
- changes in systems
@Mentions
A feature that complements the notification feature above is the ability to now “mention” another person whilst inside an action or objective. Mentioning another person will add them to a list of watchers for that action or objective - and they will receive notifications on any changes to that action or objective.
When you are in an action or objective you now have the ability to add a person in one of two ways
- In the description or comment, use the industry standard “@” syntax

- From the action or objective menu, add them manually:

Minor Enhancements
- Coaches can now add ‘facilitation notes’ to their meetings. Its a single spot where a coach can add any notes they want - without it being visible to the attendees of the meeting. If you are connected to an organisation as a coach, then you will see this button when setting a meeting agenda:

- We have added some more links to the meeting feature to enable easier navigation to actions & objectives.

Bug Fixes
- Cultural leaders were not populated correctly on the employee directory page - now fixed.
