Have each leader present the feedback and data they have gathered in their pre-work. You could collate the data in several ways:
- By key business function
- By strategic goal
- By annual objective
Use whiteboards, miroboards, or whatever works for you to collate the inputs. The important thing is that the data is visible to everyone for consideration when you move on to discuss the priorities for the next quarter.
