A high level picture of the technology platform roadmap - what's coming in the next few releases.
Features are always subject to change. As we gather feedback internally and externally, we may change a feature’s release date, remove a planned feature, or alter its implementation.

- ✅ An updated version of our developer API (V2), including:
- Better compatibility with our latest architecture
- Added access levels, team objectives, and the new values.
- ✅ Inactive teams can now be shown in the organisation map
- ✅ MCP read access
- Any AI client (Claude/ChatGPT/etc) can now be used to query data stored in your Lumia organisation
- ✅ Allow AI agents to determine a person's permissions
Up next
- Major update to Strategic Goals:
- Available at both group and organisation levels
- A strategic goal detail page that can be linked to and provides more information than is currently available on the dashboard
- Support for different display methods, including text, graphs, badges, and progress bars
- Ability to link goals to other goals and objectives
- Allow changes to Team Assessment and Resilient Business Assessment questions
- Changes will be limited to question text and will be per-organisation settings
- Improve the UX of the “Add Key Result” dialog box in the Objectives feature
- A new Write API that enables certain tasks to be completed through an app or AI agent
- meetings - agendas, minutes, decisions, actions
- actions - add/edit, comments
- Ability to define a home team for each employee
- Add a decision rights card to roles
- Allow users to provide feedback on chat responses
- Further documentation updates following our architectural changes in August

Later
- Improve team roles so we can distinguish people who hold a role only within a specific team. This is currently an organisation-wide setting.
- Adding more skills to enable more efficient use of AI harnesses - e.g. being able to create meetings, actions, update data from a transcript, etc
