NOTE: This is a good opportunity to get one of the owners to run the meeting using the Platform and for you to coach them in this.

5 Action items Use kanban board to review actions and their status – start using good practice. Is everything in the Done column really done? Then close it. Make sure they are comfortable with updating progress in their tickets.

Owner demonstrates what they have prepared. Use framework for each owner-director to rate themselves out of 10 on how well the vision:
 

  • represents them
  • inspires them
  • informs the future
  • effort put in


Discuss how best to present this vision to stakeholders.

Framework
30 Team assessment Go through results and discuss findings. Encourage team to identify one thing to improve and capture it in the platform. You can do this as a ticket or as an Objective for the team.

20 Organisation health 

Ask the team: How would you describe current performance in the areas of culture, commercial health, organisation resilience and maintaining health of the leadership team?


Encourage the team to identify what issues or concerns they can pass onto the Navigation/Leadership team, rather than trying to solve all of them here.

 
20 Financial health Ask the team: What are your current working capital requirements now and looking forward? How would you describe your remuneration framework, profit distribution model, financial security and growth?
Capture the main areas for focus – either by assigning tickets to an owner or as decisions/minutes in the team.
 
10 Director responsibilities Ask the team: What do we need to discuss around keeping our people safe and paying our bills?  
10 Ownership & succession Ask the team: What do we have in place to ensure this is happening in line with our vision? Is it clear and well defined?  
10 Entrepreneurship Ask the team: What guidance does the leadership team need on our risk profile?  
10 Check-out Ask them to rate the session and identify their main take away. 
Set a date for the next quarterly meeting. Help them to set it up in the platform.
