Owner vision categories help organise the aspirations and future goals of your business owners. Set them up from the Owner Team group configuration page.
How to get there
- Select Config in the left menu.
- Under Leadership Teams, select the Owner team.
- In the group configuration menu, select Owners vision.
- Make sure Enable owners vision is ticked.
- Select Add vision category to create a category.
Manage your categories
Your categories appear under Vision Categories. Use the controls beside each category to make changes, or drag a category to change its position in the list. Select Save when you have finished making changes.
Tip: Give each category a clear name so owners can quickly understand what kind of vision it covers.
