Lumia has an Outlook add-in that enables you to book meetings directly from your Outlook calendar and import them into the Lumia platform.
From your Outlook Home toolbar, select "Get Add-ins"
In the search bar, type in "adapt Lumia"
Select "Add" to install the add-in
Outlook will install the add-in - making it available anywhere you use Outlook (Web/Windows/Mac)
The first time you create a meeting inside Outlook, you will be required to log in to your Lumia account to activate the integration.
Click on the "Get started" button which appears in the side panel for Lumia meetings
Log in with your Lumia credentials
After a successful login, you will be redirected to the main page. This will allow you to either create or link to an existing meeting
