- Identify & monitor key financial trends and benchmarking
Business Development
- Attract and engage with new customers
- Build long-term relationships
- Respond to customer enquiries and tenders
- Build our brand and name awareness in the market
Cultural Leader
- Be a shining example of behaviour according to our values
- Cultivate and nurture a healthy culture by upholding our cultural leadership process
- Maintain and uphold our values and keep our business accountable to those
- Facilitate opportunities for your cohort to grow professionally and personally
- Takes time to get to know your cohort and understand their personalities, needs and expectations
