Coach: What needs to be done now? 

  • Send out the Team Assessment Survey to the organisational leadership team (here are the Team Assessment Survey questions)
  • Send out DiSC profile surveys to the leadership team
  • Book times with all leaders individually to capture their Career Valuations and interview questions

Customer: What needs to be done now?

  • Complete DiSC surveys
  • Complete Leadership Assessment Questionnaire
  • Book dates for Induct Leadership Team workshop and Build Resilient Business Strategy 2-day workshop (remember timing of strategy days will set the cadence for their annual strategy, going forward)
  • Note: the Resilient Business Survey will be scheduled after your Induct the Leadership Team workshop 

Customer: What needs to be done next?

  • Confirm who will be in the Organisation Leaders Team - this impacts the Resilient Business Assessment survey results, as we separate the “leader” responses from “employee” responses using the Organisation Leaders team to identify who counts as a leader
  • Let your employees know they will receive the Resilient Business Survey
  • Provide a list of all employees with correct names and email addresses for the Resilient Business Assessment, ideally in Excel
