Doing a career valuation for a potential employee is a valuable exercise in understanding what they currently value, and what their current role is actually fulfilling.
When recording a CV for a person who is not in your organisation, its important to configure it such that their results arent included in your organisations score. To do this, you need to add them as a stakeholder (not as an employee).
Adding a Stakeholder
From the Configuration cog, select "Manage People" in the sidebar, and then ‘Add People’ from the toolbar:
When in the ‘Add people’ dialog, complete their personal details, ensuring that the connection type selected is "Stakeholder" and their access level is “Participant”. Click "OK" when done.
NOTE: This user will be charged at the end of the billing cycle if the person is not removed.
Entering the CV for a stakeholder
- Navigate to the ‘External Stakeholder Directory’ from the sidebar.
2. Click on the person you have just added.
3. Then click the "Career Valuation" button.
Record a new Career Valuation and "Save & Close" when complete.
What happens next?
You will be able to view the data record when you click on the Career Valuation linked to this stakeholder
